I love this place. Anytime I want authentic Mexican food I drop by here. The servers are so friendly and I always leave full and happy. They have outdoor seating only.
The best tacos I've ever had. I got the shrimp tacos. They make their own corn tortillas, grilled the shrimp with pineapple and put that on a bed of coleslaw-like shredded cabbage. The hot sauce was good and didn't cover up the flavors of the tacos. I had to go back and get one more because two wasn't enough. (Although in hindsight two would have been plenty, but I really wanted another one).
Honestly the best tacos around. I’ve had the carnitas, al pastor and asada. Had the mole plate too which was good as well. But seriously the tacos are great. They are HUGE. They are delicious. And the tortillas are amazing and soft and are the best corn tortillas I’ve had maybe ever.
This spot offers quite delicious tacos and impressively substantial tortas. Located in a decent spot of Bothell, it's a perfect stop for a satisfying bite following a day at the lake. Finding a value-packed taco truck in the vicinity isn't always easy, but this spot certainly fits the bill.
Loved the food! Got the shrimp and chicken burrito bowl, chicken taco plate, and chicken nachos. The food was flavorful and generousportion size, but we prefer it a bit spicier or an option to make it spicier.
This truck has the best street tacos! So full of flavor and quite a bit of meat, too! Their asada and pastor are delicious, so are the shrimp tacos. I crave them often and other trucks just don’t suffice. Their other item are probably bomb, too, I just always go for the tacos because I enjoy them so much haha.
Best shrimp tacos we’ve had in the region! Very fresh and great flavors! They also had free coffee while we waited for the order. On this cold, rainy day, we really appreciated it! Great portions and value for money! Especially for shrimp and fish tacos.
I’ll be honest... I’m not Mexican, I can’t call myself a taco connoisseur. I can’t tell you if this is an ‘authentic Mexican’ taco. I can tell you I’ve only been to this place a handful of times when I’m in town to visit family and I often think about these tacos... I’ll be sitting in Florida throughout the year randomly getting a hankering for some Ambakity tacos. Carnitas... When I’m in town, this is at the top of the list of must haves.
